Bookings and payments:
The tour booking will only be confirmed once payment has been made.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or MBWay up to 48 hours before the tour.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather or other operational unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given or, if you prefer, the tour can be rescheduled.
Weather conditions:
Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, such as strong winds or rough seas.
If the tour is cancelled due to adverse conditions, passengers will be offered the option of rescheduling or a refund.
Any changes will be communicated to passengers in advance, whenever possible.
Responsibility and Safety:
During the tour, all passengers must follow the instructions given by the crew.
Everyone’s safety is our priority and failure to comply with safety regulations may result in the tour being cancelled without refund.
Extras and customisation:
Some extras can be purchased separately and must be requested at the time of booking or before the tour.

Liability of Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
We recommend that passengers bring only essential items.
Details about the tour:
The use of the boat’s cabin is exclusively for the use of the bathroom.
The speed of the boat during the tour will average 10 knots.
Privacy and Personal Data:
The personal data provided during the booking process will be used exclusively for administrative purposes related to your booking.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except when required by law, as expressed in the Privacy Policy.
